Low- and middle-income countries bear the majority of neurosurgical disease burden patients face significant barriers to seeking, reaching, receiving care. We aimed understand seeking care among adult Africans by evaluating public perception, knowledge availability, readiness use services.
Implementing health-system strengthening policies remains a challenge in Africa.
