This paper presents one hybrid hot carrier injection (HCI) degradation behavior of 3.3 V NMOS transistor. It is noted to remarkably occur when annealing the wafer fully encapsulated by passivation layer (as enclosed in red box Fig. 1). Along with HCI stress time, mechanism transits from drain avalanche (DAHC) channel electron (CHE) injection, manifesting as turn-around I Dsat and...

Considering the problems in aspects of equipment supportability, this paper has suggested method and model supportability risk assessment, especially given out a practical useful on assessment. This concludes identification area, building up rules estimation, measurements risk, evaluation etc. It provided efficient ways for management, so as to greatly support level readiness combat ability equipment.

This paper aims to investigate nonlinear vibration characteristics of rotor system considering cogging and harmonic effects. Firstly, relative permeance with eccentric was established then corrected by correction factor caused the effect. Based on new formula permeance, expression unbalanced magnetic force obtained, coefficient effect defined. Motion equations were established, Runge–Kutta method used solve equations. Results showed that errors between finite analytical results smaller When...

The dynamic behaviors of permanent magnetic synchronous motors considering unbalanced pull have been extensively investigated. However, the harmonics and cogging effects are ignored stator rotor assumed to be smooth cylinders. In this research, an analytical expression is obtained. Based on model, motion equations system established. natural frequency frequency-response analyzed by average method, stability periodic solution investigated Routh-Hurwitz criterion. analysis indicates that...
