Transcription factors (TFs) are major trans-acting in transcriptional regulation. Therefore, elucidating TF-target interactions is a key step toward understanding the regulatory circuitry underlying complex traits such as human diseases. We previously published reference interaction database for humans-TRRUST (Transcriptional Regulatory Relationships Unraveled by Sentence-based Text mining)-which was constructed using sentence-based text mining, followed manual curation. Here, we present...

Development the questionnaire followed four-phase process: item generation reduction, construction, pilot testing, field testing. Based on literature, constructed a list items for care from 104 issues divided into 14 subscales. We scales 43 only were asked answer. Using relevance feasibility criteria developed 44-item questionnaire. To assess...

Abstract Active asteroid (6478) Gault sheds mass independent of location along its orbit. Rotational instability is considered to induce the observed activities. If this case, because Gault’s breakup event has not been detected, surface failure likely, implying that materials are constantly ejected while major body remains intact. Given scenario, we first constrain bulk cohesive strength. We then characterize heliocentric trajectories particles over thousands years. The results show may be...

In the case of optically thick media, modeling their photometric and polarimetric properties requires using radiative-transfer techniques. Radiative transfer takes into account multiple scattering by considering interactions photons with particles times as they traverse through a medium. Among radiative models, most popular are those based on Monte Carlo technique. These techniques use random sampling to simulate trajectories individual medium, allowing for calculation...

Abstract In 2019, NASA’s New Horizons mission, using the Long Range Reconnaissance Imager, revealed Arrokoth’s bilobated shape and a large impact-crater-like region (“Sky”) on small lobe, which is ∼7 km wide ∼1 deep. Given that this depression takes up ∼7% of entire volume neck, most structurally sensitive area to failure, might have been subject substantial structural modification if Sky-crater-forming event occurred after bilobate had formed.
