Abstract Soft tissue filler injections are among the most popular facial rejuvenation methods. Cerebral infarction and ophthalmic artery occlusion rare catastrophic complications, especially when cosmetic fillers injected by inexperienced doctors. Radiologists plastic surgeons need to increase their awareness of complications associated with fillers, which allows early diagnosis intervention improve patient prognosis. Regarding mechanism vascular occurs after injections, a retrograde embolic...

Current clinical evaluation may tend to lack precision in detecting depression Parkinson's disease (DPD). Radiomics features have gradually shown potential as auxiliary diagnostic tools identifying and distinguishing different subtypes of (PD), a radiomic approach that combines unsupervised machine learning has the identify DPD. Analyze imaging data 272 (PD) patients from PPMI dataset, along with 45 PD NACC dataset. Extract T1-weighted MRI images employ principal component analysis (PCA) for...

Abstract The identification of stroke mimics (SMs) in patients with could lead to delayed diagnosis and waste medical resources. Multilayer perceptron (MLP) was proved be an accurate tool for clinical applications. However, MLP haven’t been applied suspected onset within 24 h. Here, we aimed develop a model predict SM patients. We retrospectively reviewed the data prehospital between July 2017 June 2021. SMs were confirmed during hospitalization. included demographic information,...

Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS) is a life-threatening disease characterized by the partial or complete obstruction of hepatic venous outflow anywhere from liver to heart. In China, secondary BCS rare. We present case caused compression suprahepatic inferior vena cava (IVC), mainly due local bile accumulation in caudate lobe liver. This highlights scarcity worldwide and importance point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) diagnosis treatment, especially critical comatose patients. Prompt recanalization...

An improved hybrid homotopy method is proposed to decouple the multi-input model of tactile sensors. The time-embedded algorithm proved be very suitable for solving problem. Three tracking factors that control efficiency are studied: operator, stepsize, and accuracy. Trust region methods applied track zero paths instead traditional differential algorithm, a periodic sampling improve algorithm. Numerical experiments show both robustness accuracy have received huge boost after applied.

Accurate description of the relationship between sensor loading deformation and elastomeric structure is very important to improving design efficiency. In this paper, we focus on spoke torque sensor, according characteristics under loading, analyzes among stress, strain disturbance in combination with compatibility conditions, establishes analytical model torsion stiffness sensor. Finally, by comparing finite element simulation results, it verified that considering coordination precision...

A flexible three-dimensional force sensor based on microstructures is proposed. The structure design and fabrication of the are introduced. principle detection expounded. mathematical model established. tactile sensing mechanism analyzed by finite element analysis. data acquisition system built to calibrate verify sensor. BP neural network used decouple results show that simple in can realize detection.
