Neutralization slag (NS) of copper smelting is a waste residue mainly composed calcium sulfate, which produced during the process metal smelting. The large accumulation and storage NS poses significant threat to environment. Therefore, it imperative explore new economically environmentally friendly approach for recycling NS. This study proposes method preparing eco-friendly geopolymer material by utilizing A with satisfactory mechanical properties was created employing hybrid solid activator...
Hot forming is an effective approach for improving the formability of ultrathin metal sheets, such as those made stainless steel and pure titanium. However, increased friction coefficient between tool high-temperature sheet negatively affects material flow during hot forming, potentially resulting in severe local thinning or even cracking. This study explores frictional behavior 0.1 mm thick ferritic (FSS) commercially titanium (CP-Ti) sheets at elevated temperatures. A testing apparatus was...
When single-phase ground faults occur in distribution systems, the fault characteristics of zero-sequence current signals are not prominent. They quickly submerged noise, leading to difficulties section location. This paper proposes a method for location networks based on improved empirical wavelet transform (IEWT) and GINs address this issue. Firstly, kurtosis, EWT is optimized using N-point search decompose signal into modal components. Noise filtered out through weighted permutation...
The influence on the level of amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) contrast resulting from different seed pulse energies has been experimentally studied in a 10-TW-level femtosecond Ti:sapphire chirped amplification laser. It is found that, with energy increasing, ASE pedestal suppressed more efficiently, and improved saturable tendency. measurement ~2×10-8 range than 50 ps before main achieved
We report the recent improvement on petawatt (PW) femtosecond Ti:sapphire chirped pulse amplification (CPA) laser system at Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (SIOM), Chinese Academy Sciences.By enlarging sizes pump signal beams in large aperture amplifiers optimizing whole system, output energy before compressor is upgraded to 42.6 J. Accordingly, peak power exceeds 1 PW.The shot-to-shot instability about 40 J less than ±5%.
In active distribution networks (ADNs), the extensive deployment of distributed generations (DGs) heightens system nonlinearity and non-stationarity, which can weaken fault characteristics reduce detection accuracy. To improve accuracy in networks, a method combining improved multivariate variational mode decomposition (IMVMD) YOLOv10 network for is proposed. Firstly, an MVMD optimized by northern goshawk optimization (NGO) algorithm named IMVMD introduced to adaptively decompose...
A simplified computational approach of free-electron lasers is proposed, which suitable to the operation on micro-computers. The saturation output laser powers from simulation a micro-computer (AST386/33L)by means this are in agreement with data measured MIT's experiment.
The characteristics of a Fabry–Perot cavity-type ZnSe-ZnS multiple-quantum-well optical bistable device were measured by using the third harmonic beam yttrium aluminum garnet laser as exciting source. We have obtained an apparent pulse compression effect and drawn hysteresis loop according to relation between incident power transmitted power.
The nonlineat third order optical susceptibility of C60 films on roughed glass plate has been studied by using a mode locked Nd: YAG laser emitting 8 ps pulsed at 1.064 μm 0.3 J energy. large|χ(3) (-3ω,ω,ω,ω)| = 2 × 10-8 esu for 15 thickness observed, which is 103 larger than the value in bulk C60. This due to surface enhanced effect.
We present a method to obtain laser pulse train at high repetition rate for the Ti:sapphire system based on chirped amplification technique. The conventional working mode of Pockels cell in Ti:regenerative amplifier is modified. At certain dumping time, portion amplified seed dumped out cavity by ration every time runs around cavity. Thenceforward, pulses are generated. Based Franz-Nodvik theory,a theoretical model regenerative established and analysis dependence sequence ratio given...
