Detailed equilibrium and spectroscopic characterization of the complex formation processes nickel binding loop in NiSOD its related fragments is reported slightly acidic-alkaline pH range. The N-terminally free protected nonapeptides HCDLPCGVY-NH2 (NiSODM1), HCDLACGVY-NH2 (NiSODM3), Ac-HCDLPCGVY-NH2 (NiSODM2) shortened analogues HCDL-NH2 HCA-NH2 were synthesized, their nickel(II) complexes studied by potentiometric several techniques. EPR spectroscopy was also used to assign coordinating...
Nickel(II) and zinc(II) complexes of various peptide fragments tau protein have been investigated by potentiometric, UV-Vis, CD ESI-MS techniques. The peptides include the native fragment tau(9-16) (Ac-EVMEDHAG-NH2), Gln/Lys Tyr/Ala mutated (Ac-KGGYTMHK-NH2 Ac-KGGATMHK-NH2) tau(26-33). Similar to copper(II) a chimeric containing both His14 His32 residues in one molecule (Ac-EDHAGTMHQD-NH2) were also studied. metal binding ability R3 domain was studied using tau(326-333) (Ac-GNIHHKPG-NH2),...
Abstract Herein we describe the C−N coupling reaction of N ‐tosylhydrazones with tetrazoles using thermic activation in presence different bases. The reactions proved to be highly regioselective result corresponding 2,5‐disubstituted‐2 H ‐tetrazoles as main products and 1,5‐disubstituted‐1 minor products. Owing its mild conditions, method enabled use a wide range substrates.
