Chromoblastomycosis, a chronic cutaneous mycosis caused by pigmented fungi, is typically associated with trauma in the exposed parts of body. We report 68-year-old male farmer diagnosed chromoblastomycosis clinically mimicking abscess on back, an unusual location. Histopathological and mycological examination identified Fonsecaea pedrosoi.
