Abstract A post‐crosslinked polyurethane dispersion (PUD) with excellent water resistance was prepared using ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (EGDGE) as a crosslinker. An anionic PUD synthesized dimethylol propionic acid an internal emulsifier. During the curing process of film, hydrophilic carboxylic and amine groups were consumed by reaction EGDGE. The reduction functional increase crosslinking density effectively improved films. In addition, tensile strength film increased from 54.2 MPa...
The purpose of this study is to introduce cellulose nanocrystal (CNC) the triacetyl (TAC) matrix and evaluate physical properties prepared nanocomposite films. To disperse CNCs in TAC matrix, surfaces nanofillers were chemically modified. optical, thermal, mechanical characterized experimentally. results revealed that addition resulted significant enhancement did not aggravate good optical pure In addition, a morphological observation was carried out. We synthesized four novel red azo dyes for use in a low-temperature-cured white organic light-emitting diode color conversion layer. The various substituents were introduced into the to induce steric strain within base compound enhancing their solubility. All exhibited excellent maximum absorption peaks at 521 nm, and AR4, particular, displayed highest molar absorptivity of 42 500. Via optimal mixing, used form resists microdisplay layers. As backlight was applied optimized spin-coated...
The purpose of this study is to integrate a polymeric film onto mold impede thermal heat transfer during resin infusion. A thin plastic plate was fabricated by using microinjection molding. polyimide (PI) laminated in an effort produce light guide (LGP). could decelerate the solidification molten polymer cavity and enhance wall slip on mold. insulation effect modeled numerically. surface roughness pattern characteristics LGP were evaluated. It found that fluidity increased due decreased skin...
