Case: Spinal deformity associated with Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is not commonly reported. We present a 6-year-old girl who developed kyphoscoliosis after being diagnosed GBS. She had extensive motor deficits requiring 2 hospitalizations and treatment IV immunoglobulin therapy. Five months diagnosis, she presented to our clinic 15° coronal scoliosis 65° thoracic kyphosis.
