We have measured the nuclear transparency of A(e,e′π+) process in H2, C12, Al27, Cu63, and Au197 targets. We investigate the factorization properties of exclusive electroinduced two-nucleon knockout reaction $A(e,{e}^{\ensuremath{'}}pN)$. Transversity generalized parton distributions (GPDs) appear as scalar functions in the decomposition of off-forward quark-quark and gluon-gluon correlators with a helicity flip. We propose to study the onset of color transparency in hard exclusive reactions backward regime.
