We report the final measurement of neutrino oscillation parameters $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Delta}}{m}_{32}^{2}$ and ${\mathrm{sin}}^{2}{\ensuremath{\theta}}_{23}$ using all data from MINOS $\mathrm{MINOS}+$ experiments. These were collected a total exposure $23.76\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{20}$ protons on target producing ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$ ${\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$ beams 60.75 kt yr to atmospheric neutrinos. The disappearance...
We report the first measurement of target single-spin asymmetry, A(y), in quasielastic scattering from inclusive reaction (3)He(↑)(e,e') on a (3)He gas polarized normal to lepton plane. Assuming time-reversal invariance, this asymmetry is strictly zero for one-photon exchange. A nonzero A(y) can arise interference between one- and two-photon exchange processes which sensitive details substructure nucleon. An experiment recently completed at Jefferson Lab yielded asymmetries with high...
The missing mass spectroscopy of the $^{7}_{\Lambda}$He hypernucleus was performed, using $^{7}$Li$(e,e^{\prime}K^{+})^{7}_{\Lambda}$He reaction at Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility Hall C. $\Lambda$ binding energy ground state (1/2$^{+}$) determined with a smaller error than that previous measurement, being $B_{\Lambda}$ = 5.55 $\pm$ 0.10(stat.) 0.11(sys.) MeV. experiment also provided new insight into charge symmetry breaking in p-shell hypernuclear systems. Finally, peak 3.65...
Recent advances in bioinformatics analyses have led to the development of novel tools enabling capture and trajectory mapping single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) data. However, there is a lack methods assess contributions biological pathways transcription factors an overall developmental mapped from scRNAseq In this manuscript, we present simplified approach for inference pathway significance (TIPS) that leverages existing knowledgebases functional other gene lists provide further...
Annotating genes and their products with Gene Ontology codes is an important area of research. One approach to use the information available about these in biomedical literature. The goal this paper, based on approach, develop automatic annotation methods that can supplement expensive manual processes currently place. Using a set Support Vector Machines (SVM) classifiers we were able achieve Fscores 0.49, 0.41 0.33 for molecular function, cellular component biological process GO hierarchies...
Missing mass spectroscopy with the ($e,{e}^{\ensuremath{'}}{K}^{+}$) reaction was performed at Jefferson Laboratory's Hall C for neutron-rich $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Lambda}}$ hypernucleus $_{\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Lambda}}}^{9}\mathrm{Li}$. The ground-state (g.s.) energy obtained to be ${B}_{\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Lambda}}}^{\mathrm{g}.\mathrm{s}.}=8.84\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.{17}^{\mathrm{stat}.}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.{15}^{\mathrm{sys}.}\phantom{\rule{0.28em}{0ex}}\mathrm{MeV}$ by...
Abstract Background The development of reliable blood biomarkers for neurodegenerative diseases (NDDs) has been hindered by the lack tools with sufficient sensitivity to detect low concentrations brain‐derived proteins in plasma or serum a highly multiplexed manner. NULISA™ (NUcleic acid‐Linked Immuno‐Sandwich Assay) emerged as promising solution, attomolar and capable high multiplexing fully automated system. In this study, we introduce NULISA CNS Disease Panel 120, 120‐plex NULISAseq assay...

The lifetime of a Lambda particle embedded in nucleus (hypernucleus) decreases from that free decay due to the opening N NN weak channel. However, it is generally believed hypernucleus attains constant value (saturation) for medium heavy hypernuclear masses, yet this hypothesis has been difficult verify. present paper reports direct measurement medium-heavy hypernuclei produced with photon-beam Fe, Cu, Ag, and Bi targets. recoiling were detected by fission fragment detector using...
ABSTRACT High-throughput sequencing for transcriptome profiling is an increasingly accessible and important tool biological research. However, accurate of small cell populations remains challenging due to issues with gene detection sensitivity experimental complexity. Here we describe a streamlined RNAseq protocol (EASY RNAseq) sensitive assessment starting from low amount input materials. EASY technically robust enough pools homogenous heterogeneous cells, recovering higher numbers genes...
