The study on precast UHPC-NC composite beams investigated the effects of shear span ratio, stirrup reinforcement and NC strength cracking force diagonal crack width. Tests eight one RC beam revealed that increasing ratio reduced widened cracks. U-shaped UHPC formwork enhanced delayed development. While had minimal impact force, it helped delay growth. A proposed model accurately estimated maximum width, offering valuable insights for engineering applications.
