目的 探讨维吾尔族胃癌患者D-二聚体与维生素D受体(VDR)基因多态性及胃癌发生、发展的关系。 方法 采用抽签法随机选取2013年1月至2015年5月新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院就诊的维吾尔族胃癌患者141例,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切片段长度多态性方法测定VDR基因Fok I酶切位点多态性,患者分为不含有f等位基因的FF组和含有f等位基因Ff+ff组,进行两组间D-二聚体测定水平等的比较。 结果 D-二聚体水平在Ff+ff组较FF组升高(2.75±1.16比1.03±0.61),差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 含有f等位基因的维吾尔族胃癌患者D-二聚体水平高于不含有f等位基因的患者,f等位基因可能是调节D-二聚体水平的因素之一,可能与维吾尔族胃癌患者的发生或预后有关。
