Abstract We report a Klinefelter male who presents requesting gender reassignment surgery. There may be predisposition to dysphoria in Klinefelter's Syndrome, and the case we describe, perception of his symptoms as being biological origin coupled with unavailability surgery Republic Ireland has had negative therapeutic effect.

RésuméOn décrit l'histoire de cas six malades traités par la désensibilisation systématique combinée à psychothérapie groupe, ce dernier traitement s'étant déroulé sous direction d'une infirmière thérapeute dont on formation cette technique.
