Plasma and urine fibrinolysis were studied in 36 patients with glomerulonephritis proteinuria. In 40% of these plasma fibrinolytic activator activity was moderately reduced inhibitors increased. Summary A decrease in blood fibrinolytic activity women taking chlormadinone compared with normal was found (p&lt;0.01).
