Abstract A novel approach is proposed to address the lithium dendrite penetration issue in solid‐state metal batteries based on garnet‐type electrolyte Li 6.4 La 3 Zr 1.4 Ta 0.6 O 12 (LLZTO). Se and Te nanofilms are deposited LLZTO using a chemical vapor deposition process subsequently reacted with molten situ form tightly‐bonded Li‐LLZTO interface, facilitating interfacial lithium‐ion conduction. Most importantly, constructed 2 Se/Li semiconductor interlayers p ‐type Schottky contact metal,...

Sulfamethazine (SMZ), widely used for disease prevention of bees, is harmful to consumers when excess SMZ residues are present in honey. In this study, a novel competitive lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) was established by using aggregation-induced emission fluorescent microsphere (AIEFM) as label the detection SMZ. Results indicated that limit (LOD) developed AIEFM-LFIA honey 0.028 ng/mL, and corresponding linear range 0.05−5 ng/mL. Recovery experiments showed average recovery 75.6–95.1%...

Abstract Marine diatoms construct their hierarchically ordered, three-dimensional (3D) external structures called frustules through precise biomineralization processes. Recapitulating the remarkable architectures and functions of diatom in artificial materials is a major challenge that has important technological implications for ordered composites. Here, we report construction highly mineralized composites based on fabrication complex self-supporting porous structures—made genetically...

Abstract Garnet‐type solid‐state lithium metal batteries (SSLMBs), with high energy density and superior safety performance, have been recognized as one of the most promising next‐generation storage technologies. However, severe dendrite penetration issue garnet‐type electrolytes significantly impedes practical application SSLMBs. Herein, electrolyte Li 6.4 La 3 Zr 1.4 Ta 0.6 O 12 (LLZTO) dendrite‐suppressing ability is fabricated by constructing a 3‐D continuous electronic insulation...

We have studied annealing-induced oxygen migration at CoFe/MgO and CoFe/HfO2 interfaces its effect on the magnetic anisotropy of Ta/CoFe/MgO (HfO2) films. Through x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, we found that Fe–O bonds exist both as-deposited state due to oxidation interfacial Fe atoms during deposition MgO HfO2 layers. After annealing, amount interface decreases, whereas interface, it increases, indicating migrate from layers they layer interface. Correspondingly, energy decreases in...

Li4Ti5O12 (LTO), known as a zero-strain material, is widely studied the anode material for lithium-ion batteries owing to its high safety and long cycling stability. However, low electronic conductivity Li diffusion coefficient significantly deteriorate high-rate performance. In this work, we proposed facile approach introduce oxygen vacancies into commercialized LTO via thermal treatment under Ar/H2 (5%). The vacancy-containing demonstrates much better performance than sample before H2...

Abstract Ba 0.4 Sr 0.6 Ti 1− y Co O 3 ceramics show a diphase of x TiO and 6H‐hexagonal BaTi . As increases, experience transformation from ferroelectric to relaxor‐like behavior. For the samples with ≥ 0.10, dielectric constant exhibits behavior frequency‐dependent temperature peak T m following an Arrhenius law, accompanying giant response. The relaxation extremely high is attributed charge ordering defects. low levels ( ≤ 0.05) exhibit nonlinear behavior, whereas those 0.10) have...

Abstract The ferromagnetic (FM)/MgO structure multilayers with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) play a crucial role in random-access memory (MRAM). It is essential to explore the methods for modulating and clarify underlying mechanisms. We study regulation of nitrogen (N) doping concentration (C N ) two samples: Ta/CoFe(N)/MgO/Ta (S1) Ta/MgO/CoFe(N)/ Ta (S2) different deposition sequences. S1 sample exhibits in-plane (IMA) without doping. And presents PMA when C = 15%. S2 shows weak...
