Significant progress in the development of Morita–Baylis–Hillman (MBH) reaction has been made past decade. Many new variations MBH have well exploited, affording unexpected products and novel cyclized adducts some cases, known as "abnormal reactions". The formation abnormal MBHadducts depends on nature substrates employed catalytic system. This article will summarize recent advances mechanistic insights into such "abnormal" reactions, including double-MBH sila-MBH aza-MBH reactions tandem pathways.
[reaction: see text] Axially chiral N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) Pd(II) complexes were prepared from optically active 1,1'-binaphthalenyl-2,2'-diamine (BINAM) and H8-BINAM applied in the oxidative kinetic resolution of secondary alcohols using molecular oxygen as a terminal oxidant. The corresponding sec-alcohols can be obtained good yields with moderate to enantioselectivities.
An efficient chiral phosphine-catalyzed asymmetric substitution reaction of MBH carbonates with 3-substituted benzofuran-2(3H)-ones or oxindoles has been described in this context, giving the corresponding allylic alkylation products bearing adjacent quaternary and tertiary stereogenic centers high yields, moderate diastereoselectivities enantioselectivities under mild conditions.
Abstract Chiral C 2 ‐symmetric N ‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) palladium diaquo complex 5b prepared from ( S )‐BINAM was found to be a fairly effective catalyst for the enantioselective asymmetric fluorination of oxindoles give corresponding products in moderate enantioselectivities along with good excellent yields.
Abstract Chiral phosphine‐Schiff base type ligand L8 prepared from ( R )‐(−)‐2‐(diphenylphosphino)‐1,1'‐binaphthyl‐2'‐amine was found to be a fairly effective for Cu(I)‐promoted enantioselective chlorination of β‐keto esters give the corresponding products in high yields and with moderate enantioselectivities. Material distribution in discrete manufacturing workshop suffers from a bottleneck of capturing and collecting real-time field information. Without up-to-date information, the staff will be difficult to make accurate decisions. It seems that Real-time locating system (RTLS) is good solution modern manufacturing. Based on RTLS platform, this paper raises concept CGV (Coordinate Guided Vehicle) for material distributing. The framework CGV-based scheme presented guiding implementation...
Abstract This work first discloses a new strategy for amine activation to give reactive anion by in situ generated iminium cation‐amine pair through decomposition of sterically hindered aminals. Utilizing this strategy, highly regio‐ and chemoselective cyclocarboamination ortho ‐formyl phenylacetylenes with secondary amines has been realized under metal‐free mild reaction conditions. The notably tunable product profiles depends on the separation purification procedure, diverse range 1,...
Abstract Supramolecular assemblies of gold complex‐based amphiphiles in aqueous media are highly structural sensitive to external environments, providing an attractive prospect for its application soft functional materials. Notably, the development a supramolecular assembly transformation (III) directly controlled by counterion exchange is fundamental importance exerting full potential dynamic stimuli. Here we present reversible counterions and their co‐assembly with nanoparticles.
