Abstract The OPAHs from hemicellulose tar are high risk of causing cancer during thermal conversion. Therefore, the distribution in at different temperatures characterization via GC-MS and ESI FT-ICR MS. It is found that pyrolysis xylan contain a large amount furfural L-glucan by GC-MS.
