We present an unusual case of myiasis involving the orbital cavity.Our patient had undergone exenteration one month prior to presentation. Post-operatively, he presented with multiple, highly mobile larvae in cavity. The species was identified be Lucilia sericata, known commonly as blowfly. maggots were removed mechanically.The cavity subsequently healed rapidly without sequalae. This raised question whether L. sericata may have beneficial effects healing process.

Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disease with an unknown etiology. It most commonly affects young and middle-aged females. can affect any organ, but mostly lung, skin, eyes. Up to half of patients are asymptomatic the often detected incidentally on abnormal chest radiography. We report case 31-year-old male bilateral recurrent dacryostenosis.
