Three comparative treatment plans are used to study the effect of red clay subgrade reinforced with geocell. Multiple test methods including Benkelman beam, portable falling weight deflectometer, dynamic cone penetrometer and standard vehicle load tests adopted in field tests. Test results show that application geocell can enhance overall stiffness strength subgrade. The mechanism is studied. Geocell provide added confinement soil. Compared without reinforcement, for 0.1 m-high 0.05 geocell,...

The exploitation and application of recycled concrete are more extensive in latest years. But the research on mechanics characteristic recycle under cyclic loading is very little. Six types specimens were made laboratory. After they cured for a certain age, we have series cycling tests them. In maximum minimal stress ratio, frequency waveform all considered. static dynamic contrasted. analyzing test results, could get that influenced unloading modulus directly tests, fatigue life changed with method.

Concrete demolition waste has been proved to be an excellent source of aggregates for new concrete production. Four types recycled specimens were made cyclic loading tests in laboratory, order research the acoustics parameters and deformation feature under loading. Acoustics such as ultrasonic wave time, velocity amplitude tested synchronously while loaded. Test results show evolution fatigue total strain undergoes three stages. The cycle times stages accounted 10%, 80% 10% life...

Abstract In this study, walnut processing by-product was served as filler to make three-layer plywood, and the physical-mechanical properties were also discussed. The results showed that formaldehyde emission of plywood corresponding shell dregs decreased by 0.0542 mg/L 0.066 mg/L, respectively. filled with are better than filler, plate is lower. At same time, compared flour, wet bond strength increased 0.0332 MPa, 0.123 but they all met national standards.

To research durability and dynamic properties of recycled concrete, we had made lots tests experiments. Tests results showed that impermeability concrete enlarged with the increasing water–cement ratio. Anti cl− ion permeability was lower than ordinary concrete. Sulphate resistance slightly Freezing-thawing were not Experiments unloading modulus larger their corresponding loading modulus. When replacement rate less 20%, rate, whereas more reduced rate. Both

Four types of recycled concrete specimens were made for dynamic loading tests in laboratory, order to research the ultrasonic propagation characteristics and damage evolution under loading. Ultrasonic parameters such as wave time, velocity amplitude tested synchronously while loaded. Tests results show that time increased with rise cyclic times, decreased same time. Damage variable lived through obvious three stages during process. The development inner cracks process accordingly stage...
