To comprehensively evaluate the current and future aging states of lithium-ion batteries, namely their State Health (SOH) Remaining Useful Life (RUL), this paper proposes a joint prediction method based on Gaussian Process Regression (GPR) Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks. First, health features (HFs) are extracted from partial charging data. Subsequently, these fed into GPR model for SOH estimation, generating predictions. Finally, estimated values initial cycle to start point (SP)...

To accurately estimate the State of Health (SOH) lithium-ion batteries, this study proposes a novel approach combining Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) with an error correction mechanism. By extracting health features from partial charging data, method reduces dependence on complete charge-discharge cycles, addressing challenges like long data acquisition times high costs. The CNN captures local battery degradation, while GRU models aging dynamics to provide...

A mode transition phenomenon was found in Hall thrusters, which induced by the increase of magnetic field gradient. In process, we observed experimentally that there have been obvious changes oscillation, mean value discharge current, thrust, anode efficiency, and plume pattern. The shifting compression high causes electron density channel to decrease ionization zone move towards exit plane. This also corresponds a low atom channel, resulting loss stability at gradient, presents mode.
