This study uses SAMHSA data to describe the proportions of nurse practitioners and physician assistants with waivers prescribe buprenorphine for treating opioid use disorder associations state regulations restricting their scope practice.
This case series examines numbers of US clinicians receiving waivers from the Drug Enforcement Administration allowing them to prescribe buprenorphine for opioid use disorder before and during COVID-19 pandemic.
