The progress in reperfusion therapy dictated the necessity for developing new tools and procedures adjacent/additional of acute cardiovascular disorders. adjacent is targeted on damage microcirculation, leading to unfavorable prognosis patients. no-reflow phenomenon holds special place multifactorial etiology microcirculation disorders, offering a challenge treating patients associated with ST-segment elevation ECG at myocardial infarction. One numerous causes no-reflow, influence...

Anticoagulants are a vital class of drugs, which applied for short-term surgical procedures, and long-term treatments thrombosis prevention in high risk groups. Several anticoagulant drugs commercially available, but all have intrinsic disadvantages, e.g., bleeding risks, as well specific ones, immune response to peptide/protein drugs. Therefore, the search novel, efficient safe anticoagulants is essential. Nucleic acid aptamers an emerging contemporary pharmaceuticals fully biocompatible...

Nucleic acid aptamers have been proven to be a useful tool in many applications. Particularly, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) successfully used for the recognition of EGFR-expressing cells, inhibition EGFR-dependent pathways, and targeted drug delivery into EGFR-positive cells. Several are able discriminate wild-type EGFR from its mutant form, EGFRvIII. Aptamers hairpin-like secondary structures with several possible folding variations. Here, an aptamer, previously selected...

Covalent modification of bovine testicular hyaluronidase with chondroitin sulphate led to changes in the pattern glycation native and modified enzyme its reaction neutral saccharides N-acetylhexosamines. Thus, monoand di-saccharides inactivated a greater extent than sulfate-modified enzyme. N-acetylhexosamine, on opposite, one. These properties made it possible use as an informative research system for vivo measurement predominant type saccharide agents circulation. The proposed approach was...

The Omicron strain is currently the main dominant variant of SARS-CoV-2, with a large number sublineages. In this article, we present our experience in tracing it Russia using molecular diagnostic methods. For purpose, different approaches were used; for example, developed multiprimer panels RT-PCR and Sanger NGS sequencing centralized collection analysis samples, VGARus database was developed, which includes more than 300,000 viral sequences.

Glycation of native hyaluronidase and its chondroitin sulfate modified form was studied with N-acethylglucosamine, N-acethylgalactosamine their mixture, as well hyaluronan fragments (n = 0-4) mixture. The exhibited higher inactivation than enzyme. modification altered surface electrostatic potential, but this effect not crucial for derivatives. observed picture the glycation action on derivatives opposite mono- di-saccharides. Such results give us informative enzyme test in vivo system order...
