No modern studies of the natural course depression have been done since nineteen fourties last century. A large number depressive episodes spontaneously remit. Because this, some psychiatrists call for more use a therapeutic approach called watchful waiting, especially milder forms depression. At Institute mental health in Belgrade, from November 2019 until 2021, study waiting will be done. In this paper methodology planned is described.
