Recent advancements in large language models (LLMs) have demonstrated their potential numerous medical applications, particularly automating clinical trial matching for translational research and enhancing question-answering decision support. However, our study shows that incorporating non-decisive socio-demographic factors, such as race, sex, income level, LGBT+ status, homelessness, illiteracy, disability, unemployment, into the input of LLMs can lead to incorrect harmful outputs. These...

Abstract The lower deep branch of the Pacific Meridional Overturning Circulation (L‐PMOC) is a crucial element ocean's climate and biogeochemical systems through carrying Lower Circumpolar Water (LCPW). For first time, pathway volume transport L‐PMOC from Yap‐Mariana Junction (YMJ) to Northern Philippine Basin (NPB) are revealed by six‐mooring array measurement over 2019–2021. seasonally intrudes into western at YMJ. Then, it directed West Mariana (WMB) YMJ‐Northern Channel with 1.41 ±...

In response to the rapid changes in chlorophyll-a concentration and eutrophication issues lakes, with Dianchi Lake as an example, a remote sensing estimation model for chlorophyll-a, total phosphorus, nitrogen was constructed using three band method ratio based on visible-light shortwave infrared (AHSI) hyperspectral satellite data from Gaofen 5 (GF-5) water quality collected at Lake. The results were compared multispectral 1 (GF-1) wide field-of-view (WFV) camera. accuracy evaluation...

A cyanobacterial strain (ZJJ01), morphologically identified as a Leptolyngbya-like species was isolated from freshwater pond in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, China, and it characterized through polyphasic study based on morphological, ecological, molecular data. Morphologically, the fits description of Leptolyngbya well, but under further examination, formed distinctive structure, namely nodules, which confirmed that belonged to genus Nodosilinea. The 16S rRNA gene threshold value...

Lead (Pb) is a hazardous pollutant in water environments that can cause significant damage to aquatic animals and humans. In this study, crucian carp ( Carassius auratus ) were exposed waterborne Pb for 96 h; then, histopathological analysis, quantitative qPCR 16S high-throughput sequencing performed explore the effects of on intestinal bioaccumulation, structural damage, oxidative stress, immune response, microbiota imbalance C. . After exposure, morphology was obviously damaged, including...

With the goal of simultaneous removal elemental mercury and arsine from simulated yellow phosphorus off-gas, a series Cl–Ce modified activated carbon samples were prepared via an impregnation method investigated. The Cl3–Ce10/AC exhibited best performance at 150 °C, with Hg0 efficiency 92.2%, reaction time AsH3 greater than 90% was 15.5 h. presence had little impact on removal, but conversely significantly reduced efficiency. effects individual flue gas components also studied.
