논에서 내한성 이탈리안 라이그라스의 조 중 만생 숙기별 Kospeed, Kowinmaster, Hwasan 101호 3품종을 파종시기별로 9월 30일부터 5일 간격으로 10월 20일까지 5처리 파종하여 이듬해 5월 17일에 수확하였고 단위면적당 입모수, 월동률 및 건물수량에 미치는 시험을 2003년부터 2005년까지 수원에서 수행하였다. 라이그라스 조생종(Kospeed)의 출수기는 7일에서 13일이며 파종일이 늦으면 출수일도 늦어졌다. 또한 조생품종 라이그라스는 개화최성기에 수확할 수 있어 건물수량이 높고 모내기를 적기에 할 있었다. 중생종(Kowinmaster)은 16일에 출수하였고, 만생종(Hwasan 101)은 생육시기가 늦어 출수 전에 수확하여 20일에 마쳤다. 중부지방에서 적기 위해 17일 수확한 건물수량은 30일에 파종한 시험구의 조생종 Kospeed는 7,909 kg/ha이며, 중생종 Kowinmaster 6,398kg/ha, 만생종 5,204kg/ha이었다....

한우의 근내지방도에 따른 도체등급 요인과 이화학특성 및 관능특성에 관한 기초자료를 도출하기 위하여 73,316두(2009년)의 도체와 271두(2005년-2009년)의 한우 등심을 분석하였다. 근내지방도가 1에서 9로 증가할수록 도체중, 배최장근단면적 등지방두께는 암소, 수소, 거세우에서, 직선적으로 증가하였다(p<0.05). 성숙도는 암소와 거세우에서 증가하였고 평균 암소가 6.11로 가장 높았다. 이화학 특성 분석 결과 근내지방도의 증가에 따라 전단력은 8.58 kg에서 2.60 kg으로 감소하였으며(p<0.05) 보수력은 52.09%에서 58.66%로 명도는 34.08-41.97 범위로 증가되었다(p<0.05). 일반성분 분석결과 수분함량은 근내지방도 73.62%에서 55.87%로 감소(p<0.05)하였으나 단백질함량은 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 조지방 함량은 3.07%에서 26.70%로 증가(p<0.05)하였으며, 6까지 증가율은 비슷한 경향 이었으나 8 9의 각각...

본 연구는 농산부산물을 이용한 발효사료의 급여효과를 알아보기 위해 비육 흑염소의 생산성 및 영양소 이용률을 조사하였다. 증체조사를 위한 사양시험은 거세흑염소 24두를 이용하여 처리구당 6두씩 30일 수행하였고, 소화율 시험은 12두를 공시하여 3두씩 라틴방각법으로 실시하여, 처리구는 대조구(배합사료 볏짚 급여구)와 3개의 시험구(발효사료와 급여구)로 각각 배치하였다. 일당증체량은 대조구가 가장 높았고, T3구가 낮았다(p<0.05). 1일 두당 건물섭취량과 유기물섭취량은 시판사료를 급여한 718.8과 680.9 g, 농산부산물 첨가구가 634.2~699.2와 602.8~660.4 g으로 나타나 중 미강 높을수록 섭취량이 낮아지는 경향으로 나타났다. 건물과 유기물 소화율은 첨가구보다 유의하게 높았고(p<0.05). 시험구간에는 미강을 30% 첨가한 질소 축적률은 대조구와 T1구가 높았다. 따라서, 연구의 결과 발효사료(T1과 T2구)는 비교 시 증체는 86~90%, 건물소화율은...
韓国産イチゴ品種‘Mae-hyang’,‘Seol-hyang’および‘Keum-hyang’と‘章姫’を4℃または20℃で4日間貯蔵し,果肉硬度,可溶性固形物濃度,滴定酸度,アントシアニン濃度および糖組成の品種間差異を調査した.各品種の糖組成をみると‘Mae-hyang’および‘Keum-hyang’はスクロースが,‘Seol-hyang’および‘章姫’はフルクトースとグルコースが主体であった.また糖蓄積型ごとに各貯蔵温度における糖組成の変化が異なることが明らかになった.低温貯蔵によりいずれの品種も果肉硬度が上昇したが,特に‘Mae-hyang’において顕著であった.また,‘Mae-hyang’は貯蔵温度にかかわらず酸含量および糖酸比の変化が少なく,20℃貯蔵区における総可溶性糖含量の低下も他品種比べ少なく,安定した貯蔵品質を示した.一方,‘Seol-hyang’は他品種に比べ20℃貯蔵区において酸含量の上昇と糖酸比の低下が起こりやすかった.また,‘Keum-hyang’はいずれの貯蔵区でもアントシアニン濃度が高く,4℃貯蔵区でも糖含量の低下がみられた.これらの結果より,‘Ma...
