We have prepared L10-FePt∕BN nanocomposite films by depositing the FePt∕BN mutilayers on MgO(100) substrates using magnetron sputtering followed a postannealing process. found excellent perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of [FePt(2nm)∕BN(0.5nm)]10 film after annealing at 700°C for 1h x-ray diffraction patterns also indicate an (001) texture film. This shows coercivity 7.48kOe and ratio remnant magnetization Mr to saturation one MS as high 0.93. good epitaxial growth FePt grains substrate...
We have investigated the magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effect of GdCoO3−δ epitaxial thin films which were successfully grown on a (001) LaAlO3 substrate by simple polymer assisted deposition (PAD) method.
Based on probability density functions, we present a theoretical model to explain filtered ghost imaging (FGI) first proposed and experimentally demonstrated in 2017 [ Opt. Lett. 42 5290 (2017)] . An analytic expression for the joint intensity functions of random speckle fields is derived according their distributions. Moreover, normalized second-order correlation are calculated three cases low-pass, bandpass high-pass filterings study resolution visibility FGI system. Numerical simulations...
Single phase of Fe3+-doped α-Ga2−xFexO3 (α-GFxO, x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) is synthesized by treating the β-Ga2−xFexO3 (β-GFxO) precursors at high temperatures and pressures. Rietveld refinements X-ray diffraction data show that lattice constants increase monotonically with Fe3+ content. Calorimetric measurements temperature transition from α-GFxO to β-GFxO increases, while associated enthalpy change decreases upon increasing The optical energy gap deduced reflectance measurement found...
