A new and accurate HPLC method using sulfobutylether-beta-cyclodextrin (SBE-beta-CD) as chiral mobile phase additive (CMPA) was developed validated for the determination of R-(+)pantoprazole in S-(-)pantoprazole. The influences type concentration CD, ACN content buffer pH on resolution retention enantiomers were investigated. baseline pantoprazole achieved a Spherigel C18 column (150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm) 10 mM phosphate (pH 2.5) containing SBE-beta-CD (15:85 v/v) with flow rate 0.9 mL/min...

A new CE method using sulfobutylether‐beta‐cyclodextrin ( SBE ‐beta‐ CD ) as chiral additive was developed and validated for the determination of pantoprazole enantiomers. The primary factors affecting its separation efficiency, which include selector, buffer p H , organic additive, applied voltage, were optimized. best results obtained a consisting 50 mM borax‐150 phosphate adjusted to pH 6.5, 20 mg/mL 10 kV voltage. optimized linearity, precision, accuracy, proved be robust. LOD LOQ R...

Abstract A novel and reliable method for the determination of seven pesticide residues (hexaconazole, flutriafol, triadimenol, tebuconazole, diniconazole, fipronil picoxystrobin) in soil samples was developed by using ultrasound‐assisted dispersive solid‐phase extraction combined with ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. In this approach, target analytes were first extracted from into acetonitrile, ultrasound technique applied to increase efficiency. Next, a...

A method for the simultaneous separation and determination of vanillin o- by capillary electrophoresis (CE) was developed. The influence type, concentration pH running buffer, applied voltage on investigated. Under condition 50 mmol/L borax-150 disodium hydrogen phosphate (pH 7.5) 15 kV, were separated in less than 6 min. validated terms accuracy, precision linearity proved to be robust. This CE is comparable with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). applicable quantitative...

A method for the simultaneous determination of glyoxalate and oxalate by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was developed. The influences type, concentration pH running buffer, applied voltage on separation were investigated. Glyoxalate separated within 11 min under conditions 20 mmol/L borax-5.5 potassium hydrogen phthalate (pH 9.0), kV, detected wavelength 212 nm. calibration curves showed good linearity in ranges 0.8 -20 g/L 1.2-20 g/L, respectively. correlation coefficients 0.999 3...

An improved synthetic approach of tenatoprazole, an antiulcerative drug, is reported. The first step in this synthesis involves the coupling 2-mercapto-5-methoxyimidazo[4,5-b]pyridine with 2-chloromethyl-4-methoxy-3,5-dimethylpyridine hydrochloride to afford sulfide 4, and subsequent oxidation using substoichiomitric amount hydrogen peroxide give sulfoxide 1 quantitatively. overall yield around 80% for both two-step synthesis. progress process no purification affords target compound 99%...
