In this paper, a polarization and angle-insensitive multi-band adjustable terahertz absorber is proposed numerically investigated, which composed of kind periodic array square graphene ring with Jerusalem cross sheet. The numerical results indicate that the peaks absorptivity reach 99.9%, 98.5% at 2.02THz, 3.44 THz, 7.58 respectively. three resonance frequencies can be dynamically tuned by varying chemical potential. Its physical mechanism analyzed using Coupled Mode Theory (CMT) electric...
An optical fiber Tamm plasmon polariton (TPP) sensor based on D-shaped hollow-core photonic crystal (HCPCF) coated with a gold film is proposed. The mechanism of TPP excitation at the interface between 2-D (2DPC) and metal layer explained by calculating dispersion curves electromagnetic field distributions fundamental core mode mode. A narrow resonance peak width only few nanometers appears in band gap HCPCF shifts ambient refractive index (RI) change. theoretical analysis about influence...
Abstract Metamaterial perfect absorbers play an essential role in many optoelectronic devices. In this paper, a dual-band tunable metamaterial absorber based on graphene is proposed. The simulation results present that under normal incidence two absorption peaks of 99.9% and occur at the frequencies 1.69 THz 4.30 THz, respectively. Impedance matching theory employed to elaborate phenomenon. While oblique incidence, remains more than 90% over wide incident angle from 0° 75° for transverse...
A plasmonic resonator system consisting of a metal–insulator–metal waveguide and Q-shaped resonant cavity is proposed in this paper. The transmission properties surface plasmon polaritons structure are investigated by using the finite difference time domain (FDTD) method, simulation results contain two dips. physical mechanism studied multimode interference coupled mode theory (MICMT), theoretical highly consistent with results. Furthermore, parameters can be controlled to adjust dips,...
Abstract A surface plasmon polarized structure consisting of two metal-insulator-metal (MIM) waveguide coupled with clockwork spring-shaped resonators are constructed in this paper, and its geometric parameters controlled within a few hundred nanometers. The finite element method (FEM) multimode interference mode theory (MICMT) used to simulate theoretically calculate the optical response designed structure. By modifying structural system, influence on asymmetry Fano resonance line is...
A highly effective acetochlor-degrading bacterial strain (D-12) was isolated from the soil of a pesticide factory. The identified as Achromobacter sp. based on its 16S rRNA gene sequence. D-12 optimally degrades acetochlor at pH 7.0 and temperature 30°C in mineral salts medium (MSM). Approximately 95% degraded by stain treated concentration 10 mg L(-1) after 5 days incubation. chiral high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system used to study enantioselectivity during process....
Based on the transmission characteristic of surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs), a compact plasmonic system based sub-wavelength metal-insulator-metal (MIM) waveguide coupled with P-shaped cavity is proposed. The results show that double Fano resonance peaks are generated in spectra, which has been studied by finite-element method (FEM). spectrum theoretically verified multimode interference mode theory (MICMT) perfectly. In addition, simulation position can be adjusted changing structural...
The potential of long-rang Tamm plasmon polariton (LRTPP) for sensing applications is theoretically investigated in a planar distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) structure containing thin metal film. Results show that both sensitivity and figure merit (FOM) increase with increasing incidence angle under transverse electric polarization. Due to the difficulty achieving very large angles structures practice, LRTPP based hollow-core fiber (HF) sensor proposed, where all transmitted lights core...
Abstract Compared to surface plasmon resonance (SPR), the sensors based on magneto-optical SPR (MOSPR) technique have much higher figure-of-merit (FOM). However, there are no reports about applying MOSPR in optical fiber structure now. In this work, a novel D-shaped sensor is proposed. The coated with thin silver film and (MO) material of Cerium-doped Yttrium-Iron garnet (CeYIG). By magnetic field sensing region, Kerr effect (MOKE) CeYIG layer related phenomenon could be excited when...
In practical applications, the performances of conventional metal-insulator-metal (MIM) waveguide structured optical devices cured during fabrication are not dynamically tunable. order to address problem that such tunable, based on excellent optoelectronic properties graphene materials, nanotubes induced into coupled circular resonant cavity structure, thus designing a tunable MIM-graphene nanotube hybrid structure refractive index sensor in this work. The finite element method (FEM) is used...
