We report a patient diagnosed as having subacute encephalopathy with frequent seizures in alcoholics (SESA syndrome), which recurrent, non-convulsive of frontal origin contributed significantly to the alteration mental state. Our case suggests that occurrence episodes complex partial status epilepticus (CPSE) may contribute greatly and pathophysiology confusional state this rare, epileptic entity.
