Tuberculosis (TB) affects people globally and is being reconsidered as a serious public health problem in China. Reliable forecasting useful for the prevention control of TB. This study proposes hybrid model combining autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) with nonlinear (NAR) neural network incidence TB from January 2007 to March 2016. Prediction performance was compared between ARIMA model. The best-fit combined an (3,1,0) × (0,1,1)12 NAR four delays 12 neurons hidden layer....

In underwater navigation systems, Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) information cannot be used for navigation. The mainstream method of autonomous vehicles (AUV) system is Doppler Velocity Log (DVL) aided strapdown inertial (SINS). However, because the DVL an instrument based on frequency shift to measure velocity, it easily affected by external environment. a complex environment, output polluted outliers or even interrupted. this paper, A new integrated algorithm deep learning model...

The dispersion effect of seawater can cause the envelop distortion underwater eLoran signals, which causes envelope-to-cycle difference (ECD) to exceed standard range. Furthermore, it results in incorrect cycle identification and significant positioning errors. However, few studies have focused on caused by effect. In this study, we propose an accurate ECD compensation method based a variable step size least mean square (VSS-LMS) algorithm. First, systematic modeling approach was employed...

Abstract The time scale of the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) is core element for its position, and timing services. A highly stable atomic clock essential to ensure reliability GNSS scale. This study proposed a novel hybrid denoising model combining variational mode decomposition (VMD), K–L divergence, permutation entropy (PE), Savitzky–Golay (SG) filter clocks. Firstly, key parameter VMD solved efficiently by taking minimum sum divergence decomposed modes as constraint...

Abstract A simple fluorescent chemosensor, 5-(diethylamino)-2-((2-(pyrazin-2-yl) hydrazono)methyl)phenol, has been synthesized by Schiff-base condensation reaction. The chemosensor exhibited highly selective and sensitive “off-on” responses toward Al 3+ Zn 2+ but the signal of fluorescence emission varies. detection limits were found to be 2.33 × 10 −7 M for 1.68 , respectively. binding mechanisms between or ions supported Job′s, 1 H NMR, Fourier transform infrared spectra, MS experiments....

Abstract Due to the sensitivity of spaceborne atomic clock many factors, variation law satellite bias (SCB) can be regarded as a grey system. The GM (1,1) model is most classical and basic system, which has been successfully applied in SCB prediction. In the in-motion alignment of a strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS), unscented Kalman filter (UKF) is usually used to solve non-linear problems. The measurement noise covariance R has direct influence on filtering results SINS. assumed follow Gaussian distribution with constant . However, these assumptions are often not realistic, neither Gaussianity nor covariance. This will degrade performance UKF. To this problem, paper proposes novel adaptive robust UKF (NARUKF). We demonstrate high-quality (intrinsic Q factor ∼2.8 × 106) racetrack microresonators fabricated on lithium niobate thin film with a free spectral range (FSR) of ∼86 pm. By integrating microelectrodes alongside the two straight arms resonator, resonance wavelength around 1550 nm can be red shifted by 92 pm when electric voltage is raised from -100 V to 100 V. The tuning spanning over full FSR are using photolithography assisted chemo-mechanical etching.
