An array-patterned porous NiO film has been fabricated using a novel photochemical etching technology – photosensitive sol–gel method.
Due to the spontaneous transport of small-sized cations and redox reactions under open circuit conditions, currently reported coloring electrochromic devices (ECDs) may self-bleach easily. The resulting ECDs exhibit poor open-circuit memory, which limits their applications in static display advertisement. By constructing energy barriers effectively control cation transport, reaction could be suppressed, thereby inhibiting self-bleaching ECDs. In this study, phosphate glass is used as an...
In this work, highly ordered TiO2/Ag bilayer structures on p-type silicon (Si) wafers are prepared by photolithography and electrochemical self-assembly methods. The interfacial charge transfer (CT) of Si/TiO2/Ag multistorey structure with a specially aligned work function is studied. This important to deduce the electron migration behavior SERS. three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain (3D FDTD) simulation used explore combined CT-EM enhancement mechanism. result shows that movement...
Indium tin oxide (ITO) films were deposited on soda-lime glass substrates by the spray pyrolysis method using a solution of InCl3·3H2O as precursor, SnCl4·5H2O dopant and acetylacetone (AcAcH) chelating agent. The effect addition AcAcH to surface morphology ITO film was investigated. quality prepared from with better than that without AcAcH. thickness 230 nm, AcAcH, exhibited lowest resistivity 4.75 × 10−4 Ω·cm higher optical transmittance 85 %, respectively.
A patterned NiO film with high electrochromic performance can be obtained by Sn4+ and SnO2 co-doping using a photosensitive sol–gel technique.
In this study, the effect of GeO 2 on thermal stability and proton mobility ( μ H ) proton-conducting phosphate glasses was experimentally investigated using 22HO 1/2 –3NaO –(12 − x )LaO 3/2 – –63PO 5/2 glasses.
