Spleen tumors are an uncommon disease. Littoral cell angioma belongs to the group of vascular tumors. It is believed that this tumor originates from tissue red pulp sinuses, specifically cells lining sinuses. In this article, we present case reports of two patients admitted to the University Hospital in Pilsen for acute abdomen due a disorder passage through gastrointestinal tract (GIT).
