We studied the effect of annealing temperature on physical properties WO 3 thin films using different experimental techniques. has been prepared by hot-filament metal oxide deposition (HFMOD). The films, chemical stoichiometry was determined X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). monoclinic single-phase nature as-deposited structure changed to triclinic them at higher temperatures than 400°C, which diffraction analysis. By Raman scattering is confirmed change crystalline phase, triclinic,...

The widespread use of gold nanoparticles (Au-NP) as nanocarriers has led to several studies in animal cells evaluate their cytotoxic ef fects. In contrast, little is known about the impact on photosynthesis and plant growth. this work, we present a study physiological morphological responses bryophytes Au-NPs prepared with dif ferent contents polyethyleneimine (PEI) using Physcomitrium patens (P. patens) model system. Results are presented where without PEI induce generation larger...

In this work highlights the modifications of crystalline structure and properties nanostructured cadmium sulphide (CdS) thin films, including gold quantum dots grown to form a hybrid metal-semiconductor system. By means chemical bath deposition (CBD) good quality films are obtained, with advantage doping in-synthesis no required additional steps. Film thicknesses around 100 nm were determined by ellipsometry. The binding energies elements in CdS CdS-Au samples measured X-ray photoelectronic...

Whey is produced during cheese manufacture, some of its constituents are lactose and proteins. In different countries such con- stituents separated for use as raw material; the processes to separate these components by ultra nano-filtration, however most common methods determination proteins not accurate. This paper shows that infrared spectroscopy a good alternative quantification after ultra- nano-filtration processes. Linear calibration curves were obtained with this analytical technique...

Abstract The purpose of this study was to evaluate the decay squalene and formation trans fatty acids (TFAs) in amaranth oil extracted with hexane without heat. Oils were analyzed by determining their chemical values, identified quantified using Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, mid-region 400–4000 cm−1, gas chromatography. FTIR analysis shows that two extracts (with heat) present a well-defined peak at 968 which represents double bonds. TFAs are

Rare earths (Europium, cerium)-doped CdS nanofilms are prepared using the growth technique chemical bath deposition (CBD) at reservoir temperature of 70±2°C varying synthesis time in a wide range. For rare doped was ranged from 80 to 135 min. The molar concentration range 0.0≤x≤3.47, which determined by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). diffraction (XRD) analysis reveals that showed zinc blende (ZB) crystalline phase. nanocrystal size 2.67 2.35 nm for and 1.84-2.33 earth-doped were...

We have calculated the spin-polarized spectrum of electrons photoemitted by circularly polarized light in tungsten. Results are given for free and cesiated surfaces along [100] [111] directions. In [110] direction there is no spin polarization. The calculation based on three-step model involves a group-theoretical analysis direct optical excitations their joint density states. 100% polarization predicted certain photon energy regions.
