Teratomas are germ cell tumors that may contain several tissues derived from one or more of the three layers. Congenital orbital teratomas rare. We report a case congenital teratoma in 7-h-old male neonate who was noticed to have periocular swelling and progressive proptosis left eye at birth. Orbital suspected based on clinical presentation imaging findings. Treatment conducted by modified exenteration, diagnosis confirmed histologically as mature teratoma.
