Abstract Tissues are highly complicated with spatial heterogeneity in gene expression. However, the cutting-edge single-cell RNA-seq technology eliminates information of individual cells, which contributes to characterization cell identities. Herein, we propose s ingle- c ell patial p osition a ssociated o- e mbeddings (scSpace), an integrative method identify spatially variable subpopulations by reconstructing cells onto pseudo-space transcriptome references (Visium, STARmap, Slide-seq,...

Insulin protects cardiomyocytes from reactive oxygen species (ROS)-induced apoptosis after ischemic/reperfusion injury, but the mechanism is not clear. This study investigated protective of insulin in preventing cardiomyocyte ROS injury.Rat cardiomyoblast H9c2 cells were treated with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) or at various concentrations for periods time, and H2O2 time. Cell viability was measured by methylthiazolydiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide method. Cellular miR-210 levels quantified using...

We report for the first time a Nd:LuVO4 laser operating in continuous wave (CW) on true three-level at 880 nm, based 4F3/2 – 4I9/2 transition. CW 345 mW output power nm is obtained under 18.2 W of incident pump power. Moreover, intracavity second-harmonic generation (SHG) has also been achieved with blue 37 by using LiB3O5 (LBO) nonlinear crystal.

We describe the output performances of 1.35 μm 4F3/2 → 4I13/2 transition in Nd-doped Sr3Ga2Ge4O14 (SGG) under in-band pumping with diode lasers at 879 nm wavelength, directly into emitting level. An end-pumped Nd:SGG crystal yielded 7.1 W continuous-wave (CW) power for 17.7 absorbed pump power. The slope efficiency respect to was 47.7%. To best our knowledge this is first demonstration such a laser system. Comparative results obtained 806 nm, highly-absorbing 4F5/2 level, are given order...

We report an efficient laser emission on the 912 nm 4 F 3/2 to I 9/2 transition in Nd:GdVO4 under pump with diode lasers at 888 nm. Continuous wave (CW) 4.91 W output power is obtained 18.3 of incident power; slope efficiency respect was 57.5%. Moreover, intracavity frequency doubling BiB3O6 (BiBO) nonlinear crystal yielded 1.33 deep-blue light 456

We report a diode-pumped Nd:LuVO4 laser emitting at 1076 nm, based on the 4 F 3/2−4 I 11/2 transition, generally used for 1066 nm emission. A power of 689 mW has been achieved in continuous-wave (CW) operation with fiber-coupled diode 17.8 W 809 nm. Intracavity second-harmonic generation (SHG) CW mode also demonstrated 105 538 by using LiB3O5 (LBO) nonlinear crystal.

We report a continuous-wave (CW) coherent red radiation at 666 nm by intracavity frequency doubling generation of 1331 Nd:GGG laser. With incident pump power 18.3 W, output 910 mW has been obtained using 10 mm-long LBO crystal. At the level mW, stability is better than 5%. The beam quality M 2 values were equal to 1.21 and 1.34 in X Y directions, respectively.

A compact and efficient diode-pumped intracavity frequency-doubled Yb3+:SrY4(SiO4)3O (Yb:SYS) green laser at 534 nm is demonstrated. With 17.6 W of diode pump power the frequency doubling crystal LiB3O5 (LBO), a maximum output 415 mW in spectral range has been achieved, corresponding to an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency 2.4%; stability over 4 hour better than 3.5%. To best our knowledge, this first work on pumped Yb:SYS 1068 nm.
