We construct a cellular automaton (CA) model that describes the movement of particle in disordered system. The mathematical properties CA were examined by varying configuration grid and determining number percolating paths. Through this model, we able to develop computer simulation shows transport. Under hopping mechanism, with or without tunneling(or backscattering), it was found out there is an exponential behavior percolation probability. However, onset probability shifted smaller value...

American foulbrood (AFB) is one of the severe infectious diseases European honeybees (Apis mellifera L.) and other Apis species. This disease caused by a gram-positive, spore-forming bacterium Paenibacillus larvae. In this paper, compartmental (SI framework) model constructed to represent spread AFB within colony. The analyzed determine long-term fate colony once exposed spores. It was found out that without effective efficient treatment, infection eventually leads collapse. Furthermore,...

This paper studies a chemical reaction network's (CRN) reactant subspace, i.e. the linear subspace generated by its complexes, to elucidate role in system's kinetic behaviour. We introduce concepts such as rank and deficiency compare them with their analogues currently used network theory. construct classification of CRNs based on type intersection between R stoichiometric S identify subnetwork S-complexes, complexes which, when viewed vectors, are contained S, tool study classes, which play...

In this paper, we extend our study of power law kinetic systems whose order vectors (which call "interactions") are reactant-determined (i.e. reactions with the same reactant complex have identical vectors) and linear independent per linkage class. particular, consider PL-TLK systems, i.e. such T-matrix (the matrix interactions as columns indexed by complexes), when augmented rows characteristic classes, has maximal column rank. Our main result states that any weakly reversible system a...

Poly-PL kinetic systems are consisting of nonnegative linear combinations power law functions. In this contribution, we analyze these using two main approaches: (1) define a canonical representation poly-PL system, and (2) transform system into dynamically equivalent that preserves the stoichiometric subspace system.
