Diagnostik derzeit an 9 Kliniken angeboten. Alle deutschen führen den Test...

The effect on the cardiovascular haemodynamic status of five neuromuscular blocking drugs, RGH‐4201, vecuronium, atracurium, pancuronium and metocurine, was studied in conditioned foxhounds anaesthetised with fentanyl. Changes heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure, central venous pulmonary artery capillary wedge cardiac output were recorded at 2, 5, 10, 20 30 min after administration drugs. From these, stroke volume, systemic vascular resistance calculated. Administration RGH‐4201...

Hepatic function was assessed pre-operatively and on the first sixth postoperative days in 40 healthy patients who underwent prolonged maxillofacial surgery with isoflurane or halothane anaesthesia. No major changes were observed hepatic enzymes bilirubin. One-stage prothrombin time Factor VII concentrations decreased day this change more pronounced group. The results support use of rather than for anaesthesia respect synthesising liver.

Among the accepted advantages of general anesthesia in ophthalmic surgery is improved control intraocular pressure (IOP). Although standard textbooks advocate deliberate arterial hypotension to facilitate by reducing IOP, scientific proof such an effect lacking. The authors investigated effects induced on IOP anesthetized porcine model. Forty-two piglets were with piritramide, placed prone position, and had anterior chamber one eye punctured a small Teflon cannula measure IOP. Six pigs used...

Patients with cervical spine injury presenting respiratory distress require airway management that does not compromise integrity of the atlanto-occipital joint. Endotracheal intubation by means direct laryngoscopy is suitable. The method choice nasotracheal awake patient, using a flexible fibre bronchoscope. If anatomy or surgical access render nasal approach impossible, optic can be performed orotracheally, utilising specific technical aids. Flexible fibrescopes are available in different...

The pharmacokinetics of cefazolin in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery with either general (enflurane) or local (lidocaine marcaine) anesthesia were studied. No differences mean serum levels at 30, 60, 120 min after the intravenous injection half-lives seen between two groups patients.

SummaryThe prognosis of intracerebral haemorrhage is extremely poor when arterial hypertension present. We investigated elastance the brain tissue and hydraulic conductivity in normotensive (MAP ~ 110 mmHg) hypertensive 170 mmHg/angiotensin infusion) cats following a stereotactically produced haemorrhage. For 12 hours after onset we registered course ICP, subsequently water content cortex, white matter basal ganglia as well interstitial concentration serum proteins corresponding regions were...

The occurrence of adverse reactions is decreasing since the introduction non-ionic contrast media. Anaphylactoid during general anaesthesia are rare and hitherto only documented with administration ionic compounds. We report an episode hypotension, tachycardia, bronchospasm urticaria following application a medium (Iopamidol) isoflurane anaesthesia. conclude that combinent use media does not guaranty protection from anaphylactoid to iodinated radiopaque
