Abstract The importance of using leading and lagging metrics to drive improvement in process safety performance at complex facilities has been well documented. Organizations are challenged develop an appropriate set that will provide a holistic view management system health allow for corrective action against poor performance. This article share new facility's journey establishing metrics, the metric review cycle applied improvement, examples these improvements.
