Abstract Dermoscopic studies about cutaneous metastases of malignant melanoma ( CMMM ) are few. Large defects in plantar surface secondary to acral melanoma excision can be difficult repair with local flaps, and skin grafts weight-bearing surfaces often suffer necrosis causing prolonged disability.
