Research on low critical solution temperature (LCST) of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) gel was investigated. The prepared through a free radical polymerization. Crosslinker N,N'-methylene(bis)acrylamide varied from 3% to 4% monomer mass and ammonium persulfate added as the initiator at fixed concentration 2% mass. A 50 mM PBS pH 7 used solvent. Abstract The production method of no-carrier added Lutetium-177 ( 177 Lu) was developed from a neutron-activated natural ytterbium (Yb) using column chromatography separation method.
