This study focuses on adsorption of lead (II) using various inexpensive adsorbents, such as dried activated sludge, diatomite, and sepiolite, through the batch process. The data were evaluated three types isotherm models to determine design parameters. Additionally, kinetics was analyzed first- second-order kinetics. regression coefficient (R2) quantitatively evaluates correlation between experimental predicted responses. Box–Behnken factors at levels used important parameters affecting by...

In this work, the most common heavy metals such as Cu (II), Zn and Pb (II) removal from aqueous leachate of industrial waste were investigated using pure biochar rice husks. The influence parameters pH, adsorbent dose (g L–1), contact time (min) on biosorption was examined by response surface methodology (RSM) based upon Box-Behnken statistical design at a leaching solution, Ci = 32.69 g L–1 fixed input parameter. results show that both linear squared terms process variables are found...
