目的 探讨股骨粗隆重建加翻修长柄人工股骨头置换治疗高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。 方法 回顾性分析2014年3月—2016年9月江西省进贤县人民医院骨科手术治疗的59例高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者临床资料,其中男28例、女31例,年龄78~95岁。均采用2枚克氏针加钢丝环扎技术重建股骨大粗隆结构,翻修加长柄人工股骨头置换手术。术后随访观察关节假体和大粗隆愈合等情况,采用Harris髋关节评分对疗效进行评定。 结果 59例病例均顺利完成手术,其中1例打入假体过程中出现股骨近端劈裂骨折,予环形钢丝捆扎,长柄假体置入。手术时间80~120 min,术中失血量200~400 mL,术中、术后输血300~600 mL,术后下床时间3~6 d,住院时间12~18...
