With the advancement of blockchain technology, hundreds cryptocurrencies have been deployed. The bloom heterogeneous platforms brings a new emerging problem: typically, various blockchains are isolated systems, how to securely identify and/or transfer digital properties across blockchains? There three main kinds cross-chain approaches: sidechains/relays, notaries, and hashed time-lock contracts. Among them, notary-based solutions best compatibility user-friendliness, but they typically...

This paper proposes a novel method to reconstruct hierarchical 3D tree models from Mobile Laser Scanning (MLS) point clouds. Starting with neighborhood graph the clouds, treats root of as source and determines an initial skeleton by using Dijkstra algorithm. The lines are then optimized adjusting line connectivity branch nodes based on morphological characteristics tree. Finally, combined radius each node is estimated flat cones used simulate branches. A local triangulation connect gaps...
