We recruited a healthy 6-year-old Chinese Han male, obtained his peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and successfully established induced pluripotent stem (iPSC) line using non-integrated reprogramming technology. The iPSC possessed normal karyotype, expressed pluripotency markers could differentiate into three germ layers in vitro.
