We report values of R = sigma(e(+)e(-)-->hadrons)/sigma(e(+)e(-)-->mu(+)mu(-)) for 85 center-of-mass energies between 2 and 5 GeV measured with the upgraded Beijing Spectrometer at Electron-Positron Collider.
Object motion can introduce phase error and thus measurement for phase-shifting profilometry. This paper proposes a generic compensation method based on our finding that the dominant motion-introduced doubles frequency of projected fringe frequency, Hilbert transform shifts pattern by π/2. We apply to phase-shifted patterns generate another set patterns, calculate one map using original transformed then use average these two maps three-dimensional reconstruction. Both simulation experiments...
Metastasis is the primary cause of death in patients with malignant tumors. Therefore, effectively controlling or reversing tumor cell growth and metastasis crucial for treating In this study, we investigated effects underlying mechanisms Binpu-3 (a strain Taraxacum sinicum Kitag., which was cultivated slightly saline-alkali soil) on invasion both Drosophila human breast cancer cells. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis revealed that caftaric, chlorogenic, caffeic,...
Microplastics (MP), defined as plastic particles ranging from 1 to 5000 µm, have become a significant environmental concern due the drastic increase in use. Agricultural soils are highly susceptible MP contamination both direct and indirect sources such plasticulture, biosolids application, irrigation systems, atmospheric deposition. These contaminants disrupt soil physical biological functions, altering porosity, water retention, microbial communities essential for nutrient...
Abstract In this paper, we present the second post-Newtonian solution for quasi-Keplerian motion of a test particle in regular Simpson-Visser black-bounce spacetime which has bounce parameter $a$. The obtained is formulated terms orbital energy, angular momentum, and black hole. We explicitly analyze leading effects parameter, dimensions length, on particle's orbit, including periastron advance period. Then, apply model to precessing OJ 287 determine upper limits dimensionless as $a/m...
An enhancement near the mp+MΛ mass threshold is observed in combined pΛ¯ and p¯Λ invariant-mass spectrum from J/ψ→pK−Λ¯+c.c. decays. It can be fit with an S-wave Breit-Wigner resonance a m=2075±12(stat)±5(syst) MeV width of Γ=90±35(stat)±9(syst) MeV; it also P-wave resonance. Evidence for similar ψ′→pK−Λ¯+c.c. The analysis based on samples 5.8×107J/ψ 1.4×107ψ′ decays accumulated BES II detector at Beijing Electron-Positron Collider.Received 19 May...
The $\pi N$ system in decays of $J/\psi\to\bar NN\pi$ is limited to be isospin 1/2 by conservation. This provides a big advantage studying $N^*\to \pi compared with and $\gamma experiments which mix 3/2 for the system. Using 58 million $J/\psi$ collected Beijing Electron Positron Collider, more than 100 thousand $J/\psi \to p \pi^- \bar n + c.c.$ events are obtained. Besides two well known $N^*$ peaks at 1500 MeV 1670 MeV, there new, clear $p\pi$ invariant mass spectrum around 1360 2030 MeV....

Using a sample of 14×106 ψ(2S) events accumulated with the BES II detector, evidence for f0(980)f0(980) production in χc0 decays is obtained first time; branching ratio determined to be B[χc0→f0(980)f0(980)→π+π−π+π−]=[7.6±1.9 (stat)±1.6 (syst)]×10−4. The significance f0(980) signal about 4.6σ.Received 28 June 2004DOI:https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevD.70.092002©2004 American Physical Society
The processes $\ensuremath{\psi}(2S)\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\gamma}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$, $\ensuremath{\gamma}{K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$, and $\ensuremath{\gamma}p\overline{p}$ have been studied using a sample of $3.79\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{6}\ensuremath{\psi}(2S)$ decays. We determine the total width ${\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c0}$ to be...
The process J/ψ--> p \bar{p} is studied using 57.7 X 10^6 J/ψevents collected with the BESII detector at Beijing Electron Positron Collider. branching ratio determined to be Br(J/ψ--> \bar{p})=(2.26 +- 0.01 0.14) 10^{-3}, and angular distribution well described by \frac{dN}{d cosθ_p}=1+α\cos^2θ_p α= 0.676 0.036 0.042, where θ_p angle between proton beam directions. value of αobtained in good agreement predictions first-order QCD.
The second-order post-Newtonian solution for the light propagation in field of Kerr-Newman black hole is achieved via an iterative method. Based on this result, we further obtain deflection spacetime, which formulated united form any arbitrarily incident directions. All results are exhibited coordinate system constituted by initial light-direction vector, impact and their cross-product.
KS0KL0 from ψ′′ decays is searched for using the data collected by BESII at BEPC, and upper limit of branching fraction determined to be B(ψ′′→KS0KL0)<2.1×10−4 90% C.L.
