Abscisic acid (ABA) represses seed germination and postgerminative growth in Arabidopsis thaliana. Auxin jasmonic (JA) stimulate ABA function; however, the possible synergistic effects of auxin JA on signaling underlying molecular mechanisms remain elusive. Here, we show that exogenous works synergistically with to enhance ABA-induced delay germination. biosynthesis, perception, are crucial for JA-promoted responses. The auxin-dependent transcription factors AUXIN RESPONSE FACTOR10 (ARF10)...

AbstractThis paper evaluates the applicability of multi-beam RADARSAT-1 satellite imagery for mapping surficial sediments in northwest Alberta, Canada, using simple arithmetic algorithms. The goal is to make acquired by Alberta Geological Survey (AGS) usable common users who have no access complex image classification software and (or) expertise. Unlike Canadian Shield, northern mantled with much thicker glacial deposits that are covered Northern Boreal Forest. This limits use conventional...

Leptospiral immunoglobulin-like (Lig) proteins are surface expressed in pathogenic strains of Leptospira. LigB, an outer membrane protein containing tandem repeats bacterial Ig-like (Big) domains and a no-repeat tail, has been identified as virulence factor involved adhesion Leptospira interrogans to host cells. A Big domain LigBCen2R, was reported previously bind the GBD fibronectin, suggesting its important role leptospiral infections. In this study, we determined solution structure...

The Coherent Targets Monitoring technique is providing superior ground deformation mapping compared with standard interferometry based on one pair of Master/Slave scenes. This because using a larger data set it possible to estimate and correct for additional phase error sources. Also the point targets detected as coherent are generally characterized by stronger signal that provides more accurate information than clutter present in rest scene. paper reviews previous work SAR noise estimation...
