Approaches to the integration of psychology and Christian theology in a college classroom often focus on cognitive component. “Embodied integration” refers idea that bodily states precede inform cognition thus are an integral part process integration. Three pedagogical examples described include features embodied approach: physiological arousal, moving from specific cases general ones, concrete abstract dissonance.
