The complexation ability of DOTA analogs bearing one methylenephosphonic (DO3AP) or methylenephosphinic (DO3AP(PrA) and DO3AP(ABn)) acid pendant arm toward scandium was evaluated. Stability constants their scandium(iii) complexes were determined by potentiometry combined with (45)Sc NMR spectroscopy. stability the monophosphinate analogues are somewhat lower than that Sc-DOTA complex. phosphorus moiety interacts trivalent even in very acidic solutions forming out-of-cage complexes; strong...

Abstract Scandium isotopes ( 44 Sc, 47 Sc) are more available and their properties convenient for either PET imaging or radiotherapy. To use them in nuclear medicine, ligands forming complexes with a high stability necessary. Available experimental data on constants of such as EDTA, DTPA, DOTA, NOTA TETA various metal ions have been published. But scandium is the exception since scarce literature. Values Sc(III) were determined by free-ion selective radiotracer extraction, complemented 45 Sc...

Here we present the synthesis and characterization of a new bispidine (3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane) ligand with N-methanephosphonate substituents (L2). Its physicochemical properties in water, as well those corresponding Cu(II) Zn(II) complexes, have been evaluated by using UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, potentiometry, 1H 31P NMR, cyclic voltammetry. Radiolabeling experiments 64CuII carried out, showing excellent radiolabeling properties. Quantitative complexation was achieved within...

The first radiolabelling studies of a bispidine (3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane) derivative substituted by glycinate pendant arm (L1) with 64Cu are reported. Labelling was fast and easily performed at room temperature in wide range pH values. Under these conditions, radiochemical yields over 90% were achieved within 5 minutes micromolar concentration the ligand. A bifunctional analogue L1 (L2) has been obtained introducing an l-lysine amino acid on skeleton. Ligand L2 demonstrates good...

Prior analysis, fatty acyl moieties were released as methyl 8-methylnonanoate (3) E-8-methylnon-6-enoate (4), respectively. A marked similar nonstatisitical distribution is observed for both acids.
