The present research work was aimed to formulate fast disintegrating tablets (FDTs) of salbutamol sulphate (SBS) using a combination superdisintegrant and subliming agent, optimize the formulation evaluate in vitro performance developed FDTs.A SBS FDT - crospovidone agent Ammonium Bicarbonate (AB) which variables, namely levels Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC):Mannitol (MNTL) ratio, were evaluated for their effects on response disintegration time, hardness, friability wetting resulting FDTs....
Increasing indications for cellular therapy collections have stressed our healthcare system, with autologous having a longer than desired wait time until apheresis collection. This quality improvement initiative was undertaken to accommodate more patients within existing resources.
